The indices status API has been enhanced to include recovery real time
status as well as summary of it when its done (either from gateway or from
another peer). It also includes gateway snapshot status.
This is the last feature for upcoming 0.9.1, I plan to release 0.9.1 either
tomorrow or the day after.
