Keyword for descriptive fields

I have 3 descriptive fields in my ticket data. those are :
problem description,
summary description,
resolution description.

I would like to add 3 below fields ticket where I can get significant keywords by its count for each category.
problem keywords:
summary keywords:
resolution keywords:

e.g :

[spalger (Spencer Alger)]

You could probably use a tag cloud visualization combined with a significant terms visualization on each field. Unless you want to mix them all together I'd use three visualizations next to each other, one for each description field.
