Kibana Dashboard Links for a PDF

Hi,
I've created a dashboard in kibana (7.6.2) but wanted to edit the dashboard to include links to help PDFs that expalin how to use the dashboard. Question is...

Is there a way to get the Dashboard links to bring up the PDFs as stored in the kibana server?

Kibana is not a web server, it doesn't include a functionality to host PDF files. You will need another web server (e.g. apache or nginx), make the pDFs available there, then link to them from Kibana. To put a link on a dashboard, use a markdown visualization as explained here: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/7.10/edit-dashboards.html#add-markdown It's basicallz just another type of visualization
