I have logs of user logins. I need to build a table where I can see login activity of starting the first time he/she logged in, and each column would be another day( 2nd, 3rd)

Kibana is not a general-purpose data transformation tool, first you'll need to model the data. Your logs data is not entity-centric data, so the first step is to transform your data so it can be visualized this way.
