hi I want to developp a plugin that export from the chart in kibana to excel

welcome to the Kibana community.
You can check the examples in the Kibana repository, or if you run the development version just use yarn start --run-examples and there are few Lens integration examples.

If a reporter is what you had in mind, you can also look at how Lens exports CSV client-side here: kibana/csv_download_provider.tsx at main · elastic/kibana · GitHub
