Kibana: How to display hostname/environment on top of bar?

We have quite lot of environemtents (PROD, TEST, DEV) etc and wanted to show where we have logged on. Is there an easy way to change color or put an entry in the top nav bar to show which enviornment Kibana is running?

Any hacks/updates to do this easily? May be a feature request?

Hi @kelk unfortunately, there isn't such feature at the moment,
but we have received many requests for that feature and we are going to implement a solution based on the following ticket: https://github.com/elastic/kibana/issues/35210
In the meantime, you can use a chrome extension to change the tab icon of each instance as described by this blog post of one of our community member: https://xeraa.net/blog/2020_custom-favicons-for-production-and-order/
