Kibana is not starting up

Hi,

After adding logging.dest in kibana.yml kibana does not start.
I have given the windows location like following
logging.dest: D:\file.txt
logging.verbose: true

Please help

Hi Shwetha,

Can you please post your kibana.yml lines where you have set up the logging destination?
Also what do the kibana logs say?

Whats the version of your elasticsearch and kibana stack?

Thanks it got resolved. Caused because of wrong version of kibana
