The url to install the latest marvel plugin for kibana is broken.

kibana plugin --install marvel fails to complete because of the following broken link.

https://download.elastic.co/elasticsearch/marvel/marvel-latest.tar.gz redirects to

https://download.elastic.co/elasticsearch/marvel/marvel-2.4.6.tar.gz

Which has the following error listed
