Kibana Plugin Development - Introducing a new Button

I want to develop a new plug in which adds a new button to one of my dashboards. Once that button is clicked, I want to get the values of filter applied on that dashboard and save that filter value in a CSV file.

Can someone direct me to any existing plugin that I can use or resources that can be helpful in this?
