Kibana print to PDF issues after upgrading to 7.11.1

Hi team,

I've upgraded my environment from 7.9.2 to 7.11.1 and I'm seeing some error while trying to print to PDF my Canvas projects.

It was working fine before the upgrade, I'm not sure if something specific to 7.11.1 is causing issues.

Any guidance or help would be appreciated,

Thanks

more info here. I tried printing the Canvas Summary sample and that one works great. My custom report that has a bunch of charts, images and others does no longer print to pdf on 7.11.1

I have tried increasing the timeout, memory and no luck ... any ideas?

TIA!

Are you using regular Kibana visualizations in your workpad? If yes there's a known bug which has been fixed in 7.12.1: [Canvas] Fix reports embeddables by crob611 · Pull Request #93482 · elastic/kibana · GitHub

@flash1293, yes I only have Kibana visualizations. It is a really strange issue, the summary and pitch templates print without any issues which shows I have the right configuration in place. Although when I try printing the my custom report that worked Ok on 7.9.2, it fails. Funny thing is I made it work once or twice after cutting some pages out of the canvas but then after rebooting the service it stopped working. Since that I have tried modifying the timeout adding more memory and no luck. I think my next step would be to create a new Canvas from scratch and bring one page at the time to see how it behaves.

If you are actually hitting the bug I linked above, an upgrade to the latest version should help

@flash1293, I'm sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I don't think issue #93482 is what I'm really seeing in my environment. I'll try recreating my Canvas from scratch to see if that makes a diff

Thanks
