Kibana role based access on remote cluster

Hi All,

We are trying to provide role based access to our partners for few indexes. It is working for the current cluster and consumer is able to see data only for allocated index.

However consumer is able to see all remote cluster index by default. I have provide him access to only one index but data is visible for all the indexes

Hi,

Is the consumer able to see the actual documents in the indices, or just able to see the index pattern as an option in Kibana? If the former, you might want to switch this to the Elasticsearch forum for more info on securing a remote cluster.

Consumer is able to see the actual document. I have updated it to elasticsearch accordingly
