I post here you never know. I am currently setting up ELK in order to monitor logs which are stored on an rsyslog server.
I installed Elasticsearch correctly, but without a complicated dashboard. Now I am looking to install and configure Kibana in order to report my log alerts on a management machine via a dashboard.
When I try to connect to dashnoard via a browser, it gives me an error message "kibana server is not ready yet". Thanks to loacalhost, I had access to the manual configuration of kibana but it was impossible to continue further because I had to configure kibana.yml. I touched this file and when doing a reload my service only displayed this message on the web browser.
Could anyone help me on this subject.
