Kibana the request for this panel failed when multi users are using kibana

hi all,
I am using kibana v. 6.5.2
when multi users are using kibana dashboard, some users faced with following message whereas kibana is ok for others. could you please advice me about this? many thanks

it's a bit strange message but It would help if you can post the the the failing network request and the type of visualization panel is showing this message and any console messages available on your browser?

Are you using logstash? because I can see another user with the same error that may be worth checking the solution: The request for this panel failed. The aggregations key is missing
