Lab for Engineer I course expired


I am having issues with my Engineer I lab environment. It seems that it expired. I started taking the course a few months ago as training paid for by my employer and my priorities were changed before I completed it. I'm circling back to that training now, but my lab environment seems to be gone. The only message I see when trying to access the lab is "This course has ended."

Can someone provide some guidance on how to get the lab reset so I can continue with the course?
