Limit access do dashboard with basic license

Good afternoon,

Actually I have create 2 Dashboard.

I want liit access to a dashboard a a user.
It's possible to configure it with basic lisence.

Because on site it's explain with basic license it's possible to use an authentication with file and use role.

Do you confirm that possible with this to limit access to a dashboard ?

Limited access to specific dashboards is part of DLS/FLS and that is not available with the basic license.
