Loaderror: rubygems/security - config file testing

I'm running 7.8 that was installed from the ansible-elasticsearch repo. After trying to put in and or/test a logstash config. The test return with this error.

(LoadError) load error: rubygems/security -- java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError: null

I run with the 'LS_JAVA_OPTS="-Djruby.log.exceptions -Djruby.log.backtraces" bin/logstash' and get this https://pastebin.com/S0U4Yb0b

I tried installing ruby,gem and gem install security, but it didn't work.
