Logging DELETE query in logs

Hello Elasticsearch team,

Is there any place where Elasticsearch logs DELETE query action. Is any feature in BASIC license where I can trace the DELETE action happing on Elasticsearch? I understand the audit events can be enabled on DELETE but guess it is not available in BASIC subscription. Please advise if there any means where I can trace DELETE actions in Elasticsearch logs.
