I'm having trouble installing the Translate filter. Since this is a community plugin: Is, and if not, will Translate be supported in Logstash 5.0.0 (beta)?
What trouble? Are you seeing error? What are those errors?

I'm sorry, I wasn't aware of that. I get this error:

From my test it looks like it's not possible to install any plugin.
