It is not fixed per se - the number of log files keeps growing day by day so there are definitely log files with recent log entries in the whole 500,000 population but the majority I think are quite old files.
My timezone is GMT+1. I don't use Ruby regularly but have written stuff before. I should be able to edit some files given the instructions.
