Logstash 6.2.3 Failed to create monitoring event

I can't get any help from similar topics.

[2018-05-03T21:45:28,088][ERROR][logstash.inputs.metrics  ] Failed to create monitoring event {:message=>"For path: events. Map keys: [:pipelines, :reloads]", :error=>"LogStash::Instrument::MetricStore::MetricNotFound"}

I have one logstash works fine, but when I start second logstash(the config/logstash.yml is same, unless node.name and xpack.management.pipeline.id), always suffer the ERROR above.

Any help is appreciate!

I fund the problem, Your pipeline.id cannot start correctly will cause Failed to create monitoring event.
Such as

Failed to execute action {:action=>LogStash::PipelineAction::Create/pipeline_id:apm-metric, :exception=>"LogStash::ConfigurationError"
