Logstash: Connection Issue

Hello,

I have setup of

Kibana
|
Elasticsearch
|
Logstash
|
Filebeat

When I try to Telnet logstash sometimes suddenly gets disconnected with message "Connection closed by foreign host", Sometimes "Connection refused".

There is no ssl configured between filebeat and logstash.

Because of this am not able to load logs to ES. Tried and did a lot research but not able to get proper information on the issue.
