Logstash crashes when ES isn't available

Hi @RobBavey,

Thanks for detailing how logstash works. Unfortunately the persistence queue feature doesn't work when you have multiple pipelines configured, as mentioned here: Logstash with multiple pipeline doesn't process messages and that's my use case.
