Hi
Application developer wants to use https://quarkus.io/guides/centralized-log-management to send his multiline java logs to our elastic server, as quarkus defines to use logstash which we don't use at the moment I need to install it, but:
Our architect mentions that Logstash is old technology and is deprecated, so we can't use it? Is this true?
Logstash is not deprecated and can be used to ingest these logs, also filebeat can be used
I recommand using ecs-logging-java and ingest logs with filebeat, This will save you huge time and get all your logs in ECS shcema without dealing with java multilines stack traces, alos logs are directly searcheable un Observability/Logs App in Kibana
