Logstash hangs

Often logstash hangs until I hit enter in the console,
Version 6.1.1 Logstash on Windows 2012R2 4G RAM 4 CPU - all traffic is HTTPS
I have run into a problem where the logstash hangs until I press enter in the console window.
Any ideas how to resolve this?

I have workers set to 4 and Batch.size at 250
