Logstash Http_Poller : Connection Timed out while connecting to Azure application Insight API

I am having similar issue while connecting to Azure Application Insight using Http_Poller.
I am using X-API-Key to connect to the URL.
Same as what shown in Below discussion.

This is not network issue, as i connected same Get request from Postman and could able to fetch the records.
