Logstash input file plugin feature proposal - possibility to disable file truncation detection

Hello everyone,

I've been using logstash with azure files, but I reached nasty problem with it - logstash produced a lot of duplicated log events in the output due to file truncation detection.

I've already created issue on github, with detailed description of the problem and potential solution:

I'd like to ask for feedback on it, and if possible, introduce it to main line
