Can anyone describe me in details, how logstash choose/link outputs ( among many output sections) for inputs that we had already defined ?

The events from all inputs will be passed through all filters and will thereafter reach all outputs. The only way to affect this flow is to have conditionals (if ... { ... }) around filters or outputs.

Thanks for the reply and co-incidentally i have also read the same thread which is [solved] Multiple logstash config file
I have been able to debug the configuration error using the command # cat /etc/logstash/conf.d/* > /tmp/total.conf
