Logstash load error

I'm new to logstash and elasticsearch.

I have installed elasticsearch and put data and search word, that's good.

I have installed logstash on My windows7 PC and run.
but failed there is logstash load error

I have logstash error log .

Load Error: load error: jopenssl/load -- java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:org.bouncycastle.operator.operatorException

Someone has solution ?

Please don't post pictures of text, they are difficult to read and some people may not be even able to see them.

Can you post your config?
