Logstash "Marking url as dead" issue and http client logging log4j2

Hello there,

We are experiencing "marking url as dead" problem on our logstash machines, I know this is a known issue and there are many solutions people are discussing.

I tried some of them they are not the solution to my problem, I've been trying to get http logs of the logstash. I came up with two options to change in log4j2 properties of logstash.

logger.apache_http_client.name
logger.apache_http_client.level

When I changed this there was no DEBUG labeled logs, my logstash is 7.4.0, I looked at the template and there is no options to set for http logs in the first place. If these options are not available for 7.4.0 do we have another way to debug http client connections on logstash 7.4?
