Is it possible to mix in csv data to enrich events?

Not sure what you mean here. If Logstash can parse CSV data? Sure.

Hi

I would like to enrich syslog data by logstash using external data. This external data could be in csv format. However other formats (json,xml) are acceptable tool where I could lookup data from let's say the hostname and add extra data to for example tags or new fields

This looks very interresting. However it is a plugin which is not included in the default distribution. Our enviroment is not connected to the internet. How can I download and install this plugin?
