Logstash not take from queue

i have logstash the take JSON from rabbit and put on elastic
the JSON come to rabbit but i see that the json stay there and not take out.
when i reset the logstah service that not help(or help for little time)
when i reset the elastic that work but again fail.

what can be the reson?

Can you provide Logstash version and configuration for the above. Can you also provide the Elasticsearch version.

i don't know them now
but this scheme was working but now this stack...
can you give me a way to check my problem?
