Logstash-plugin install logstash-output-statsd does not work

logstash-plugin install logstash-output-statsd does not work...
because the URL https://artifacts.elastic.co/downloads/logstash-plugins/logstash-output-statsd/logstash-output-statsd-6.3.2.zip
does not work...

Interestingly
/usr/share/logstash/bin/logstash-plugin prepare-offline-pack logstash-output-*
it works but statsd is not included... :frowning:

Please copy/paste the exact command you're running and its output.

Sorry the problem was our proxy configuration: logstash-plugin does not seem to accept AD user authentication proxy.
I reconfigured the proxy for no user authentication and it worked fine...
