It looks like the s3 input plugin just dumps processed files into the root of the backup_to_dir specified. Is there anyway the plugin can keep the original file structure from S3 when backing up the file?
What if there are 2 files with the same name in different paths in the S3 bucket? Will the last one overwrite the first one when it's backed up locally?
