Logstash start parsing old data when restart happened

Hi Team,

I'm facing the issue as logstash parses the old data whenever i restart the logstash service.
I don't know why it happened but it impact my use case and logs.

Can somebody help me to figure out the issue.
I'm using logstash 6.8 and default configuration.
