We have newly installed kibana on server but when we checked logstash logs getting fatal error as highlighted below.

Please do not share screenshots of log and config texts, they can be very hard to read.
It seems that your Logstash is in a restart loop error, are you running it as a service? Please check the system logs for more information, look for some hint around the time of those logstash logs.
It will be on /var/log/syslog or /var/log/messages.
