is there any way to see registered synonym sets on elastic cloud on the web console?
I could see the indices and documents on console, but I could not find synonym set anywhere.

Have you tried using Synonyms APIs | Elasticsearch Guide [8.14] | Elastic to query for synonyms?
Right now synonyms are API access only, but improving this is on our roadmap!
