We running a Graylog server with Elasticsearch.
Made the mistake of rebooting with out shutting down and now I have lost shards.
I can't seem to find a solution to fix this, while data collection continues, I cannot search anything.
Suggestions?
Depends, what do the ES logs show?
There are no logs unfortunately, checked /var/graylog/elasticsearch Nothing there.
