Lucene to ElasticSearch River?

Do we have a River or a plugin that can help me export data from Lucene to
ElasticSearch Server?

Hi,
no there isn't such a river as far as I know. I wonder why you would need a
river though. I would personally write some code that reads from the lucene
index and sends documents to elasticsearch through its API.
Also, this is going to be a one time process right?
