Mac installation of apm-agent-php

Hi,

We use the default APM packages on ubuntu and the basic traces you get using laravel are awesome to start with.

But to implement trace parents etc I want to compile the PHP APM agent on my dev Macbook. The basic compile doesn't work. All info I found on GitHub is not working on the latest version anymore. Is there a way to install it on a Mac, with a PHP installed via brew. Or do I need to resort back to a docker image :frowning:

It would be awesome if it could compile on Mac, or if there was an APM install via the Elasticsearch brew taps available.
