Machine learning jobs: soft and hard limit

Hello everybody,

I am running elasticsearch machine learning jobs and in some of them I am getting in their memory status: hard_limit and soft_limit

and other type of error is : Datafeed has missed X documents due to ingest latency ... Consider increasing query_delay.

Could you please explain these errors and how can I solve them ?
