You have to generate BASE64 strings without Line breaks.
I'm not saying you should remove line breaks in files themselves.

Instead of sending incorrect JSON like:

"field": "AAAAAAAAAAAA
AAAAAAAAAA"

Send:

"field": "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA"
