Memory allocation for inserted data and timeout

Hi,

I would love to know what u think about the 2 next problems:

1. I inserted 119mb of data Into elastic
   In the output of the command _cat/allocation I could see that disk.available is 1 gb less than it was before the insert operation, it doesn’t make sense
   When I canceled routing the problem disappeared
2. while indexing data to elastic I get timeout
   Each time in another timing, why?

What does _cat/indices?v show for that index?

Timeouts can be numerous things, slow networking, overloaded cluster.
