We have an application which connects to NetApp NAS drive, the application/users dont have permissions to setup beats on NAS drive. Is there a way we can monitor metrics like disk IO, disk Space just because of the fact that the application that connects to this NAS drive is configured with Metric and FIle beats.
AFAIK we do not support this use case. But there is an open issue on the matter: https://github.com/elastic/beats/issues/10664
