Migration of Index from 2.3.1 to 5.2.1

Hi,

I was executing Snapshot-Restore. I am able to generate Snapshot form ES 2.3.1 but when I restore on ES 5.2.1 I get error: unsupported snapshot state [FAILED].

Not able to figure out exact root cause. There are around 250+ indexes on my node.
So if some indexes are corrupt is there way:

  1. to find corrupt one.
  2. Can I proceed with snapshot ignoring corrupt index.

Thanks,
Amit Sinha.
