Is it possible to migrate Search Guard to X-Pack ?

That depends on exactly what you want the migration to look like.
It's certainly possible, but we don't have any out-of-the-box tools to simplify it.
If you're just looking for "how do I translate this Searchguard implementation to X-Pack?" type questions, then ask them and we'll do our best to answer them.
If you're looking for a "run this script" process, then I'm afraid not.
