Mirror Elastic - APT Repo

Hi everyone,
i try to mirror the APT Repo from Elastic to a local Centos System.

https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/filebeat/current/setup-repositories.html#_apt

But I don´t know how. I get always a 404 error if i try wget on repo-url.

Have some a hint for me?
