Monitoring difference between full-stack and multi-stack

Full stack monitoring is available in the basic subscription. multi stack monitoring is NOT available.

But what is the difference between 'full stack' and 'multi stack'

It means you can monitor only one cluster or many clusters within the same monitoring cluster.
