More Like This: Select K-Top-Terms per field or total?

Hello, I'm working on RecSystem using More Like This. So, I read that the query will select the terms with highest tf-idf to representive the input document, and could be used within a disjunctive query to retrieve similar documents.

So, I used Term Vector to saw how the top terms was selected. But, was returned the Top-K-Terms with Scores per field.

So, if have a more like this, with N fields, and with term selection param "max query terms" equal to 10.
My disjunctive query will be create with 10 terms (total) ou 10 terms per field, then 10*N-Fields?
