Moving SQL data to Elastic search NODE

I am having SQL data base and an Elastic search Node.What is the best way,

  1. To move data from sql to elastic search
  2. Enable sync between sql and elastic search ?

Basically, I'd recommend modifying the application layer if possible and send data to elasticsearch in the same "transaction" as you are sending your data to the database.
