When searching across multiple indices, how to get the index name in search results using php client methods?

I am not sure actually, I am new in elastic, but I just created a deployment and I am accessing it using azure i guess, and everything is working fine, I am able to create index, docuements..etc but the problem is that I want to be able to get the matched index names in multiple index search,

I want to create something like below link:
